Taffy's Family Tree

I have had a request to make a Family Tree similar to Andi's Family Tree. I will post it here in Photo Fridays but also over on the Fan Fiction blog, where the request came in. Enjoy! For those of you who used to believe that Sebastian was a liver chestnut, well, his coloring has been changed to buckskin. Why, you may ask? Well, because I can do anything I want. LOL And I wanted to put a buckskin on the family tree.

  1. I LOVE IT!! Thank you Mrs. M! I like how Sunny is kinda the color of Snowflake and Buttercup :D Snowflake and Shasta are so pretty (they all are, actually!). Is Buttercup an albino? Could you please write an Andi's journal about Sunny? it could be a letter from Macy about an adventure she and Sunny had. Does Andi's family still own any of Taffy's relatives? Thanks again!

    1. I think Snowflake is Kate's horse, so they might still have her. You can find it if you search for Carters horses, its a photo Friday from awhile ago. But I don't know about the other horses.

  2. Ha-ha. I'm glad you changed it 'cuz I REALLY love buckskins. Oh, and I just love that picture of Charger (i.e. famous Thoroughbred picture which I instantly recognized, because I see it ALL OVER!). My favorite of those is probably either Taffy or Shasta. I LOVE Palominos and Chocolate palominos. <3

    2. Great pictures Mrs M! Is the picture of Charger the same one as the picture of Chase?

    3. Probably because I was looking for "easy" for this post. LOL
And it's Jem's horse Copper too, I think, from Goldtown.

  3. It's pretty rare for a chestnut horse (like charger) to be chestnut colored after his mama and daddy are gray and black. I guess it's not impossible though. I LOVE buckskins, Mrs. M, but Sebastian just doesn't seem right in his new fur....... Maybe I'll get used ta it.

    1. About as rare as a chocolate palomino? Lol
I did the research and found a color chart and had great fun figuring out the colors. 😀 I was surprised that the two dark coats could produce a Chestnut too, but there are so many factors in horse coat color genetics.
